“Inside job” burglary at mayor’s house

The guard, Robelito Javier, 18, works for the Belgian Security Agency owned by the mayor’s wife, was promptly arrested after he was identified through a closed-circuit TV camera inside the house.
Revita and his family were out of town on March 17 when the burglary occurred.
Revita discovered the gun missing upon their return the next day and immediately checked the recordings of the installed in the house, which showed Javier as the culprit.
Police recovered the mayor’s handgun.
