IDLE RESOURCE —The work site of the P100-million Seafood Processing Plant in Bonuan Binloc continues to the empty and idle as city hall and Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources officials fail to come to a decision on the management and operation arrangement for the facility built through a grant from the Korean government.
