San Fabian, Pangasinan, containing an area of 331 sq. meters, a covered by Transfer Cert. of Title No. 155200, is the subject of extra-judicial settlement of real property with quitclaim and waiver of shares/rights in favor of VICTORIA MAXION ANGELES.
