Notice is hereby given that the estate of the deceased FELICIANO DANLOG BUENO, who died intestate on July 23, 2010 at National Center for Mental Health- Mandaluyong City, consisting of a Three (3) parcels of land situated at Bunlalacao, Mangatarem, Pangasinan, containing an area of 11,912, 2,684 sq.mtrs, and 400 sq. meters, covered by OCT No. P14814, and Tax Decl No. 331, Tax Decl. No. 246, Property Index No. 013-27-028-08-034, are the subject of extra-judicial settlement with  quitclaim and renunciation of rights in favor of CEFERINA and FERNANDO REYES BUENO, under Doc. No. 381; Page No. 78; Book No. XII; Series of 2010, under Notary Public Atty. Godofredo C. Manipud.
