DEED OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH QUITCLAIM
Notice is hereby given that the estate of the deceased ADELIZA A. MEDINA, who died intestate on Oct. 13, 2011, consisting of an Investment in Retail SDA amounting to P254,140.77 at PNB Trust Banking Group, Seven (7) parcels of residential land including house and One (1) parcel of Agricultural land situated at Malued, Dagupan City and Mangaldan, Pangasinan, containing an area of 273, 230, 230, 230, 231, 552, 500 , 70 and 1354 sq. meters, covered by TCT Nos. 50160, 50161, 50162, 50163, 50164, 50165, 50166, and Tax Decl. Nos. 018-1109, 25-0025-00239, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with quitclaim in favor of MARIO R. MEDINA, under Doc. No. 54; Page No. 104; Book No. V, Series of 2012.
