Notice is hereby given that the estate of the deceased CLARA FERNANDEZ, REGINO & NESTOR NAVARRO, and AURORA F. NAVARRO-RAQUEL, who died intestate on Nov. 18, 2009, Dec. 11, 1992, Sept. 24, 2010 and Aug. 5, 2009 at Sison and Dagupan City, Pangasinan, containing an area of 28,032 and 21,066 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 89385 and Tax Decl. No. 011-00317, are the subject of extra-judicial settlement of estate with absolute sale in favor of MUNICIPALITY OF SISON, PANGASINAN, under Doc. No. 176; Page No. 37; Book No. 103; Series of 2011, under Notary Public Simplicio M. Sevilleja.
