CRUISING BY THE DAM— The ferry carrying former President Fidel V. Ramos, accompanied by officials of the San Roque Multi-Purpose Project, makes its maiden trip across the giant reservoir of the dam. The service, inaugurated on the occasion of Ramos birthday, is one of the new attractions besides sports fishing. It was the former President’s incumbency when the dam project was started.
