Agew na Propesyonal in Urdaneta, March 8
AN Agew na Propesyonal is scheduled on March 8 at the Urdaneta City University Gym in Urdaneta City from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Baguio Regional Office, in coordination with the provincial government, will provide the following services:
· Initial Registration of December 2011 Nurses examination passers;
· Application for June 2012 Nurses Licensure Examination and other licensure examinations;
· Request for Certification of Passing and Board Ratings;
· Renewal of Professional ID/License;
· Release of Professional ID Card and Board Certificate (per prior request by the professional and subject to availability); and
· Issuance (upon request) of Certification of Good Standing.
Professionals who filed their applications at PRC Baguio and wish to claim their Professional ID and/or Board Certificate in Urdaneta City may e-mail PRC at prcbaguio.regulation@gmail.com or text 0921-969-3919 and/or 0917-961-2510 at least 2 days before the scheduled date.
