20 ladies vie for Miss Magic 2012
TWENTY young ladies from all over Pangasinan and some towns in nearby Nueva Ecija and La Union are competing in the Search for Miss Magic 2012.
The candidates are Jenelie Zulueta, Mangaldan; Vijita Kumari Shah, Tayug; Lecelle Trinidad, Nueva Ecija; Chinky Medina, Urdaneta City; Elika Shamma Terrado, Binmaley; Ma. Marjorie Antigua, San Carlos City; Lady Ann Jhulyn Fernandez, Binmaley; Aileen Caccam, Urdaneta; Sherry Anne De Guzman, Pozorrubio; Aiyana Camille Mikiewicz, Agoo, La Union; Joana Marie M.Solomon, Dagupan City; Sajarah R. Sarmiento, San Carlos City; Yna I. Bacalanmo,San Manuel; Carmonette Pascua, Sta. Maria; Ma. Cristina Sanchez, Urdaneta City; Cynthia Caldona, Dagupan City; Princess Cecilio, Dagupan City; Nicole Jane Nabua, Binalonan; Marienne De Guzman, Lingayen; and Maham Ahmed, San Carlos City.
The ladies were presented recently to the members of the media who will vote for the “Darling of the Press.”
Awarding night for the Miss Magic competition, one of the major events in the Dagupan Bangus Festival 2012, is tentatively scheduled on April 27.
Councilor Brian Lim, overall chairman of Dagupan Bangus Festival 2012 and chief executive officer of the Magic Group of Companies, said this year’s Miss Magic will bring home P100,000 plus an in-kind prize worth P70,000 for her chosen beneficiary, which could be a charity organization, a cause-oriented non-governmental or non-profit entity.(CIO)
