HOUSE OF WOMEN—Fourth District Rep. Gina de Venecia bangs the gavel as Speaker of the House of Representatives on March 12 during the session in observance of the International Women’s Month. De Venecia is the president the Association of Women Legislators in Congress, which includes the three other women representatives from Pangasinan.
