ORDER

This is a verified petition dated February 8, 2012 filed by petitioner through counsel praying for the cancellation of entry in the Certificate of Live Birth of Dion Maeve Eliang Ventigan and Philip Jehane Eliang Ventigan in the Local Civil Registrar of San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

Finding the petition to be sufficient in form and substance, the initial hearing of this case is hereby set on March 27, 2012 at 8:30 in the morning, at which time, date and place, all persons having any opposition thereto may appear and show cause, if nay why the petition should be granted.

Let a copy of this Order be published at the expense of the petitioner once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Pangasinan including the cities of Dagupan, San Carlos, Urdaneta and Alaminos, which shall be selected on basis of raffle.

Furnish a copy of this Order to the Local Civil of San Carlos City, Pangasinan, the Solicitor General, Makati City, and the Office of the City Prosecutor San Carlos City, Pangasinan.
