ORDER

This is a verified petition for Correction of Entry in the Certificate of Live Birth of JOSEPHINE NATIVIDAD BITO particularly, Sex from Male to Female, last name of her mother from Resorrecion Razote Natividad to Resorrecion Razote Natividad; last name of her father from Epefanio Victo Natividad to Epefanio Victo Natividad.

Let the initial hearing be set on February 29, 2012 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning at which time, date and place any interested person may appear and show cause why said petition should not be granted.

Let this  Order be published at the expense of the petitioner once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Pangasinan including the cities of Dagupan, San Carlos, Urdaneta and Alaminos.

Furnish copy of this Order to parties and counsels accordingly.
