NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon Extra-judicial petition for sale under Act No. 3135, as amended filed on January 10, 2012 by BALIKATAN PROPER-TY HOLDINGS, INC. of 24th Flr.  BPI Buendia Center, Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City against Sps. Marilou C. Baniqued and Dionisio G. Baniqued, Jr. of Alexander St., Urdaneta City, Pangasinan and Lot 15, Blk. 5, Sta. Catalina St., Villa Sta. Barbara Subd., Bo. Bigol, Sta. Barbara, Pangainan to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which as of May 9, 2011 amounts to TWO HUNDRED FORTY ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY THREE & 66/100 (Php. 241,723.66) exclusive of penalties and other charges and expenses incidental to the public auction sale, the undersigned Sheriff IV will sell at public auction on March 22, 2012 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. In front of the Municipal Hall, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan to the highest bidder, for cash and in Philippine Currency, the below described property, with all existing improvement thereon, to wit:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 202238

A parcel of land (Lot 15, Blk. 5, Pcs-015538-001617, being a portion of Lots 60-B, 60-C, 60-D and 60-E, Psd-1-000183 (OLT), L.R.C. REC. NO. _____) situated in the Bo. Bigol, Botao and Minien, Mun. of Sta. Barbara, Prov. of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW, along line 1-2 by Lot 13 of the subd. plan; on the NE., along line 2-3 by Road Lot 10; on the SE., along line 3-4 by Lot 17 of the subd. plan; on the SW., along line 4-1 by Lot 16 of the subd. plan. Beginning at a point marked xxx containing an area of NINETY (90) SQUARE METERS.”

The bidding will be done thru SEALED BIDS and the property will be awarded to the best and highest bidder who shall pay his bid in cash or manager’s check in Philippine Currency within five (5) days from notice.

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above stated time and date.

In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on March 29, 2012 same time and place without further notice.

Prospective buyers may investigate for themselves the Transfer Certificate of Title of the property above-described and the encumbrances thereon of any there be.
