NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon extrajudicial application for sale under act 3135, as amended, filed by mortgagee RURAL BANK OF ALAMINOS, INC. with principal place of business at Brgy. Poblacion, Quezon Ave., Alaminos City, Pangasinan, against mortgagors CYNTHIA R. RAZOTE & JOSE/MARGARITA RACHO, all Filipino, all of legal age, all with residence and postal address at Brgy. Poblacion, Alaminos City, Pangasinan & at Brgy. Bisocol, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness as of February 9, 2012, amounts to ONE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P145,000.00), Philippine Currency, exclusive of interests, penalties, attorney’s fees, and other incidental expenses to be incurred in connection with the foreclosure sale, the Clerk of Court & Provincial Sheriff Ex-Officio of Pangasinan thru  herein undersigned Sheriff, hereby announces that on APRIL 12, 2012 between the hours of 9:00 o’clock in the morning and 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the Office of the Clerk of Court & Sheriffs, Regional Trial Court, Alaminos City, Pangasinan, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for Cash and Philippine Currency, the herein below-described real property, to wit:

“A parcel of residential land situated in Bisocol, Alaminos City, Pangasinan with an area of 1,866 square meters, more or less. Bounded on the N., by Lot 6240; in the E. by Joselito Racho; on the S., by Jerome Racho and on the W., by Hearletta Delos Santos, Declared under Tax Declaration no. 600 and with an assessed value of P8,500.00.”

A residential house constructed on the above Lot with a ground floor area of 40 square meters, more or less, made of strong materials, CHB and G.I. roof. Declared under Tax Declaration no. 169 in the name of Sps. Jose Racho & Margarita Racho.”

NOTE:

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above stated time and date, in the Event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on April 20, 2012 without further notice.

Prospective buyers and bidders are hereby enjoined to investigate for themselves the title of the above-described real property, and encumbrances thereon, if any there be.
