Upon Extra-judicial petition for sale under Act No. 3135, as amended filed on December 27, 2011 by BALIKATAN PROPERTY HOLDINGS, INC. against HELEN C. DELA CERNA of 75 Maasin, San Clemente, Tarlac and Lot 24, Blk. 9, Sta. Lucia St., Villa Sta. Barbara Subd., Bo. Bigol, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which as of July 29, 2011 amounts to Two Hundred Twenty One Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Five Pesos (Php 221,875.00) Philippine Currency plus expenses incidental to the public auction sale, the undersigned Sheriff IV will sell at public auction on March 8, 2012 between the house of 9:00 A.M. AND 4:00 p.m. In front of the Municipal Hall Building, (main entrance) Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan to the highest bidder, for cash and in Philippine Currency, the below-described property’s will all existing improvements thereon, to wit:

Bigol, Botao and Minien, Mun. of Sta. Barbara, Prov. of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW., ALONG LINE 1-2 BY lOT 23; on the NE., along line 2-3 by Lot 26, all of Blk. 9, of the consolidation subd. Plan; on the SE., along line 3-4 by Road Lot 14; and on the SW., along line 4-1 by Lot 22, Blk. 9 of the consolidation subd. Plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 24, Blk. 9 on plan being S., 57 deg., 35’E., 231.88 m. from BLBM No. 1, Bo. Minien, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan, thence S., 63 deg., 23’E., 9.00m. to point 2; thence S., 26 deg., 22’W., 10.02 m. to point 3; thence N., 63 deg., 23’W., 9.00m. to point 4; thence N., 26 deg. 22’E., 10.02m. to point of beginning. Containing an area of NINETY (90) SQUARE METERS, more or less….
The bidding will be done thru SEALED BIDS and the property will be awarded to the best and highest bidder who shall pay his bid in cash or manager’s check in Philippine Currency within five (5) days from notice.
All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above stated time and date.
In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on March 15, 2012 same time and place without further notice.
Prospective buyers may investigate for themselves the Title/Tax Declaration of the property/s above-described and the encumbrances thereon if any there be.
