NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon Extra-judicial petition for sale under Act No. 3135, as amended filed by BALIKATAN PROPERTY HOLDINGS, INC., against SPS. SHIRLEY S. MORDEN AND MICHAEL M. MORDEN, of Doña Trining Village, Barangay Camantiles, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness in the amount of FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY SEVEN PESOS and 24/100 (Php 424,847.24) as of January 25, 2012, excluding attorney’s fees and expenses of foreclosure, the undersigned Sheriff will sell at public auction on APRIL 11, 2012 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning or soon thereafter at the main entrance of Hall of Justice, Regional Trial Court, Barangay Anonas, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan, to the highest bidder, for cash or manager’s check and in Philippine Currency, the following property/ikes, to wit, including all improvements existing thereon;

“A parcel of land (Lot 3, Block 2, of the subd. Plan (LRC) Psd-155730, being a portion of the land described on plan Psu-155285, LRC. Rec. No. 15986), situated in the Bo. of Camantiles, Mun.  of Urdaneta, Prov. of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., points 4-1 by Lot 4; on the SE., points 1-2 by Lot 1; on the SW., points 2-3 by Road Lot 1; and on the NW., points 3-4 by Lot 5 of the subd. Plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 68 deg. 53’W., 4377/33 m. from BLBM No. 1, Bo. Cayambanan, Urdaneta, Pang.; thence S. 75 de. 16’W., 20.000 m. to point 2; S. 14 deg. 44 W., 12.00m. To point 3; N. 75 deg. 16’E., 20.00 m. to point 4; S. 14 DES. 44’e., 12.00 M. to point of beginning; containing an area of  TWO HUNDRED FORTY (240) SQUARE METERS, more or less.

Including all improvements thereon.

All sealed bid must be submitted to the undersigned on the above stated time and date.

In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on APRIL 18, 2012 without further notice.

Prospective buyers may investigate for themselves the Title/Tax Declaration herein-after described and encumbrance thereon, if any there be.
