DINNER FOR CHARITY—Fourth District Rep. Gina de Venecia hosts a fund-raising dinner for the construction of a Theology Seminary in Palapad, San Fabian, the project of Lingayen-Dagupan Archbishop Socrates Villegas (seated right). Joining them are (seated from left) Menardo Jimenez and Balsy Aquino Cruz. The seminary is envisioned to be finished and fully operational by June 2013.
