Nagpalangan, Binmaley, Pangasinan, containing an area of 1,333 sq. meters, covered by TCT No. 143809,  is the subject of extrajudicial partition with quitclaimin favor of  MARI-ANGELI, ELIZABETH, MARI-EVA and MARI-CARLOTA, all surnamed NAJERA, under Doc. No. 387; Page No. 79; Book No. XXII; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Rodolfo M. Palma.
