Notice is hereby given that the estate of the deceased MANUEL NAJERA, who died intestate on November 11, 1987 in Dagupan City, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Bo. Nagpalangan, Binmaley, Pangasinan, containing an area of 47,539 sq. meters, covered by TCT No. 129189, is the subject of extrajudicial partition by and among the heirs namely: MARI-ANGELI, ELIZABETH, DIGNA, MARI-EVA and MARI-CARLOTA, all surnamed NAJERA, under Doc. No. 105; Page No. 22; Book No. XLV; Series of 2012, under Notary Public Alvino V. Gonzales.
