NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon Extra-judicial petition for sale under Act 3135, filed by HOME DEVELOPMENT MUTUAL FUND (Pag-IBIG Fund), against JOSEPH M. VARQUEZ, of 02 Rizal Street, Poblacion, Pozorrubio, Pangasinan, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which as of December 15, 2011, amounts of FIVE HUNDRED FORTY THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY ONE & 5/100 (Php543,371.05) Philippine Currency, excluding penalties, charges, Attorney’s fees and expenses of foreclosure, the undersigned sheriff will sell at Public Auction on MARCH 5, 2012, at 10:00 o’clock in the morning at the main entrance of the Hall of Justice, Regional Trial Court, City of Urdaneta, Pangasinan, to the highest bidder, for cash or manager’s check and in Philippine Currency, the following properties with all the improvements, to wit;

In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on March 9, 2012, without further notice.

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above-stated time and date.
