SAN CARLOS—Manuel Casillan Sison, city administrator, has been appointed director of Area XI South of the Central Pangasinan Electric Cooperative, Inc. (Cenpelco).

Sison has previously served as Cenpelco director and a former barangay chairman of Bonifacio Street and city councilor.

Cenpelco is a non-stock, non-profit, membership-based cooperative.
