AMENDED ORDER

Finding the petition to be in order the Court sets the hearing to February 17, 2012 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning for the adoption of MARK TRISTAN DALE ESPIRITU BANDONG and CARL JAYSON ESPIRITU BANDONG at which date, time and place, any interested person may appear and show cause, if any, why said petition should not be granted.

Let a copy of this order be published at the expense of the petitioners at least once a week for three consecutive weeks in a duly accredited newspaper of general circulation in the province of Pangasinan.

The Court Social Worker is hereby directed to conduct a Social Case Study and to file her report before the scheduled date of hearing.

Let copies of this order and the petition together with the annexes thereto be furnished the Solicitor General.
