AQUINO, who died intestate on Nov. 17, 1983 in Binmaley, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at San Isidro Sur, Binmaley, Pangasinan, containing an area of 560 sq. more or less, declared under Tax Decl. No. 311, is the subject of extra-judicial settlement of estate and quitclaim in favor of JOSEFA V. AQUINO, under Doc. No. 489; Page No. 98; Book No. XXVIII; Series of 2011, under Notary Public Atty. Joselito C. Barrozo.
