Notice is hereby given that the estate of the deceased CONSTANCIO M. GARCIA, who died intestate on January 22, 2008, in Sual, Pangasinan, consisting of a Four (4) parcels of land all situated at Baquioen, Sual, Pangasinan, containing an area of 7,318, 1,755, 2098 and 29,205 sq. meters, are the subject of extra-judicial settlement of estate with sale in favor of HEIRS OF THE LATE DOMINGO GARCIA, under Doc. No. 212, Page No. 52; Book No. LXXII, Series of 2012, under Notary Public Atty. Butch Cardinal Torio.
