Notice is hereby given that the estate of the deceased FRANCISCO F. MIRANDA, who died intestate on January 23, 2001 at Dagupan City, consisting of a parcel of land situated at City of Dagupan containing an area of 392 square meters, more or less, covered by Transfer of Certificate of Title No. 16124, is the subject of extrajudicial partition by and among the heirs namely: Leonida Nora, Ricardo Francisco, Maria Teresa Aurelia and Anna Marie, all surnamed Miranda, under Doc. No. 79; Page No. 17; Book No. XI; Series of 2011, under Notary Public Atty. Vincent T. Ramos.
