ILLEGAL TOURIST STRUCTURES – While the Dagupan City government is verifying the authenticity of the waivers issued to various “homeowners” in Silungan area of Barangay Binloc, the three declared illegal structures that belong to Tres Gracias Resort, Oro Gracias Resort and Dimla’s Resort (not in photo) continue to expand and improve their facilities as the recent PUNCH pictures show. To date, the city hall has not issued an order to the city engineering office to demolish the three.
