No. 322696 and T.C.T. No. T-7859, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate by the only heir PAULINA H. BELEN, under Doc. No. 81, Page No. 18; Book No. XII, Series of 2011, under Notary Public Aurora E. Valle.
