Notice is hereby given that the estate of the deceased JUAN O. FUERTES, who died intestate on Sept. 12, 1995 at Mangaldan, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of coconut land situated at Tebag, Mangaldan, Pangasinan, containing an area of 1,570 sq. meters, covered by Tax Decl. No. 25-0030-00102, is the subject of extrajudicial partition with sale and donation in favor of Indira M. Nabua, Sherwin F. Roca, Demetrio F.  Barrozo, Virgilio Barrozo, Florante Barrozo, and Rachelle F. Landicho, 314 sq. meters, under Doc. No. 94, Page No. 20, Book No. II, Series of 2011, under Notary Public Atty. Gerald M. Tabadero.
