NOTICE OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SALE

Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under Act No. 3135, as amended filed on October 4, 2011 by Balikatan Property Holdings, Inc., with head office at the 24th Floor, BPI Buendia Center, Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City against SPS. DELFIN L. VELASCO and SARAH C. NAVARRO, both of legal ages, filipino citizens with postal address at 14 Bonifacio Street, Dagupan City, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which as of AUGUST 8, 2011 amounts to TWO HUNDRED NINETY FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP294,100.00)  inclusive of interest as of said date but exclusive of interests, penalties and other charges thereafter, plus expenses incidental to the public auction sale, the undersigned Sheriff IV will sell at public auction on JANUARY 10, 2012 between  the hours of 9:00 A/,/ amd 4:00 P.M. in front of the City Hall, Dagupan City, to the highest bidder, for cash and in Philippine Currency, the below described property, with all existing improvement thereon, to wit:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 54970

“A parcel of land (Lot 6510-A-1-A-4-B-2, Psd1-017039, being a portion of Lot 6510-A-1-A-4-B, (LR’C) Psd-342945, L>R>C> Rec. No. 919), situated in the Bo. Caranglaan, City of Dagupan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 6510-A-1-B (LRC) Psd-210846 (Road Widening), on the NE., along line 2-3 by Lot 6510-B, Psd-16926; on the SE., along line 3-4 by Lot 6510-A-1-A-4-A (LRC) Psd-342945 (Alley) widening. Beginning  at a point marked “1” of Lot 6510-A-1-A-4-B-2 on plan xxx Containing an area of One Hundred (100) Square meters.

The bidding will be done thru SEALED BIDS and the property will be awarded to the best and highest bidder who shall pay his bid in cash or manager’s check in Philippine Currency within five (5) days from notice.

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above stated time and date.

In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on January 17, 2012, same time and place without further notice.

Prospective buyers may investigate for themselves the Title/Tax Declaration of the property/s above-described and the encumbrances thereon if any there be.
