Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SPOUSES ROSALINA LICUANAN ILOMIN and TRANQUILINO QUINTAS, who died on Oct. 10, 1952 and Nov. 20, 1953 at Basista, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Dumpay, Basista, Pangasinan, containing an area of 2,741 sq. mtrs, more or less, covered by OCT No. 58871, is the subject of self-adjudication with absolute sale in favor of MODESTO G. MENOR, married to Corazon Mercado Menor, under Doc. No. 100, Page No. 21, Book No. XLIX, Series of 2011.
