Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late JESUS DE VERA, who died on June 10, 2007 at Sison, Pangasinan, containing a Two (2) parcels of land both situated at Sison, Pangasinan, containing an area of 5,737 sq. mtrs, and 2,676 sq. mtrs, covered by TCT Nos. 227337 and Tax Decl. No. 012-00853, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with sale in favor of MUNICIPALITY OF SISON, PANGASINAN that certain 798.83 and 4.0 square meters only, under Doc. No. 317; Page No. 65; Book No. 102, Series of 2011, under Notary Public Atty. Simplicio M. Sevilleja, Sr.
