DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH SALE
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SPS. ELIGIO TEJADA and FELISA ARGUEZA, who died intestate on July 26, 1998 and June 2, 1999, respectively, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Brgy. Bogtong Bolo, Mangatarem, Pangasinan, containing an area of 2,702 sq. meters, covered by Orig. Cert. of Title No. P-18651, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with sale in favor of SPS. RICHARD R. VITTO and MARISSA L. VITTO, under Doc. No. 94, Page No.101, Book No. XVI, Series of 2011, under Notary Public Atty. Oscar A. Benzon.
