DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH QUITCLAIM
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late ADELIZA A. MEDINA, who died intestate on October 13, 2011 leaving a Bank Deposit deposited in her name with the Philippine National Bank (PNB) Dagupan City Branch under Account No. 164804700016 and Eight (8) parcels of land including a house situated in the District of Malued, Dagupan City and Mangaldan, Pangasinan, containing an area of 273, 230, 230, 230, 231, 552, 500 and 1,354 sq. meters, and 70 sq. mtrs made of mixed materials bungalow type, covered by TCT Nos. 50160, 50161, 50162, 50163, 50164, 50165, 50166 and Tax Decl. No. 018-1109-1, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with quitclaim in favor of MARIO R. MEDINA, under Doc. No. 376; Page No. 77; Book No. VII; Series of 2011, under Notary Public Atty. Arnulfo L. Justo.
