DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL PARTITION OF ESTATE
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SPS. PEDRO MARTINEZ and AURELIA C. GARIN, who died on May 13, 1966 and May 18, 2011 at Malasiqui, Pangasinan, consisting of parcels of agricultural land situated at Malasiqui, Pangasinan, containing an area of 2,439, 421 and 1,574 sq.mts, covered by Tax Decl. of Real Property No. 09729 and TCT No. 236136, are the subject of extrajudicial partition of estate by and among the heirs, under Doc. No. 412, Page No. 84, Book No. 120, Series of 2011.
