Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late LOLITA COLLADO BANAGA, who died at Region I Medical Center, Arellano St., Dagupan City, consisting of a parcel of residential land (known as Lot 8344) situated at Brgy. Osmena, Mangatarem, Pangasinan, consisting of 646 sq. mtrs, covered by Tax Decl. No. 113 with Property Index No. 013-27-010-03-049, is the subject of extra-judicial settlement with absolute sale in favor of SPS. Rogelio Collado Budol and Estelita Gabriel Budol, under Doc. No. 487, Page No. 99, Book No. II, Series of 2011, under Notary Public Atty. Michael dela Vega.
