Bunagan, Mangatarem, Pangasinan, containing an area of 34442 sq.m., covered by Orig. Cert. of Title No. P-26290, is the subject of extra-judicial settlement of estate with sale in favor of VIOLETA R. RULE, under Doc. No. 229, Page No. 46, Book No. 401, Series of 2010, under Notary Public Atty. Oscar A. Benzon.
