Notice is hereby given that the estate of the deceased  CARMEN LOPEZ, who died intestate on Sept. 2, 1947 in Moncada, Tarlac, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Bautista, Pangasinan, containing an area of 354,308 sq. meters, more or less, covered by Transfer Cert. of Title No. 6504, and Tax Decl. No. 1165, is the subject of extra-judicial partition of estate by and among the heirs, namely: Luis and Froilan 221,526 sq. meters, Rosario L. Klein, Maria Cristina Debbane Luz, Ma. Angelica Luz Cruz, Vicente Morales Luz, Rolando Morales Luz (deceased) Frances Morales Luz with an area of 132,782 sq. meters, more or less.
