File No. 1328-00000049711; and covered by CR No. 08113926 together with its Franchise, is the subject of affidavit of adjudication by the only heir Amelita C. Gutierrez, under Doc. No. 1781, Page No. 105, Book No. CXLII, Series of 2011.
