WHO BUILT THAT?—Members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod led by Vice Mayor Belen Fernandez inspect premises of a new resort inn built on public land at the beach in Bonuan Binloc, just a few meters away from the shoreline.  Initial findings indicate that the inn and other new establishments had no documents to show ownership of the land they occupied.
