STATISTICS JINGLE WINNER—Governor Amado T. Espino, Jr. awards the plaque and cash prize to a representative of the PanPacific University North Philippines in Urdaneta City for the provincial and regional award in Jingle Making Contest as part of the 22nd National Statistics Month (NSM) observance in October. Several statistics-related competitions were undertaken by the provincial government headed by NSM Provincial Steering Committee Chairman and Board Member Raul Sison to raise awareness on the importance of statistics in local governance.
