ORDER
In his amended petition, petitioner seeks the cancellation of entries in the record of birth of Harmielyn C. Cerezo with the Local Civil Registrar of Binmaley, Pangasinan, specifically, the date and place of marriage of the latter’s parents which are “January 1, 1992” and “Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan”, respectively; and the correction of status of the child from “legitimate” to “illegitimate”.
The Court hereby sets the initial hearing on 06 December 2011 at 8:30 o’clock in the morning at which date, time and place, any interested party may appear and show cause why the said petition should not be granted.
WHEREFORE, let copy of this order be published at the expense of the petitioner once a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Pangasinan, including the cities of Dagupan, San Carlos, Urdaneta and Alaminos.
Furnish copies of this Order to the Office of the Solicitor General, Local Civil Registrar and the Provincial Prosecutor, Lingayen, Pangasinan.
