ORDER
Before this Court is a verified petition filed by petitioners Spouses Rolando B. Cerezo and Fe. T. Perez-Cerezo.
Finding the petition to be sufficient in form and substance, set the initial hearing of the above entitled case on January 12, 2012 at 8:30 in the morning in which date, time and place any interested person may appear and show cause if any why the petition should not be granted.
WHEREFORE, let a copy of this order be published at the expense of the petitioners once a week for three consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Pangasinan including the cities of Dagupan, San Carlos, Urdaneta and Alaminos.
Furnish also a copy of this order to the Office of the Solicitor General at 134 Amorsolo St., Legaspi Village, Makati City, the Prosecutor’s office, Lingayen, Pangasinan and the Social Welfare Officer of this Court who is hereby directed to conduct and submit a Child and Home Study Report on or before the hearing herein setforth.
