Notice is hereby given that the estate of the deceased SPS. GERARDO B. ONIA and REMEDIOS B. ONIA, who died intestate on Nov. 22, 2007 and July 2, 2011, respectively, at Baguio City, consisting of a land situated in Alaminos, Pangasinan, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 3356, was the subject of an extrajudicial settlement of estate by and among the heirs, under Doc. No. 106, Page No. 22, Book No. XIII, Series of 2011, under Notary Public Franklin B. Calpito.
