NOTICE OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SALE

Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under Act No. 3135, as amended filed on October 6, 2011 by Balikatan Property Holdings, Inc., against Darleen B. Lagoy of 46 Palisoc, Bautista, Pangasinan and Lot 19, Blk 13, Ph1, Sta. Monica St., Villa Sta, Barbara, Subd., Bo. Bigol, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness which as of  May 9, 2011 amounts to TWO HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (Php204,250.00) Philippine Currency plus expenses incidental to the public auction sale, the undersigned Sheriff IV will sell at public auction on December 28, 2011 between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. in front of the Municipal Hall, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan (main entrance) to the highest bidder, for cash and in Philippine Currency, the below-described property/s, with all existing improvements thereon, to wit:

A parcel of land (Lot 19, Blk. 13, Pcs-015538-001617, being a portion of Lots 60-B, 60-C, 60-D, and 60-E, Psd-1-000183 (OLT) L.R.C. REC. No.) situated in the Bo. Bigol, Botao and Minien, Mun. of Sta. Barbara, Prov. of Pangasinan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 17, Blk. 13, of the subdivision plan; on the NW., along line 2-3 by Road Lot 4; on the NE., along line 3-4 by Lot 21; and onthe SE., along line 4-1 by Lot 20, all of Blk. 13, of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 19, Blk. 13, on plan being S. 45 deg. 02’E., 395.80 m. from BLBM No. 1, Bo. Minien, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan; thence N. 72 deg. 18’W., 10.00 m. to point 2; E., 10.00 m. to point 4; thence S. 17 deg. 39’W., 9.00 m. to point of beginning, containing an area of NINETY (90) SQUARE METERS, more or less. . . . .

The bidding will be done thru SEALED BIDS and the property will be awarded to the best and highest bidder who shall pay his bid in cash or manager’s check in Philippine Currency within five (5) days from notice.

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above stated time and date.

In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on January 4, 2012, same time and place without further notice.

Prospective buyers may investigate for themselves the Title/Tax Declaration of the property/s above-described and the encumbrances thereon if any there be.
