AWARD OF SAFETY EXCELLENCE—Vice President for Operations and Sual Power Station Manager Engr. Ruben Licerio (second from right) receives the “Award of Safety Excellence” for TeaM Sual Corporation from Engr. Alberto Suansing, Safety Organization of the Philippines, Inc. (SOPI) chairman of the board, for achieving 10,279,910.65 safe-manhours without loss time accident for the period 14 May 2008 to 31 August 2011. The awarding ceremony was held in conjunction with the 44th National Industrial Safety Convention on October 28. The convention, spearheaded by the SOPI, in partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment, and the Philippine National Red Cross, is the annual gathering of health and safety practitioners in the country.
