EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH QUITCLAIM
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late CIRILO PORLET and MARCIANA BIAG, who died on March 14, 1995 and Feb. 22, 2008 at Calsib, Aguilar, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Dorongan-Linmansangan, Mangatarem, Pangasinan, containing an area of 11865 sq. meters, more or less covered by OCT No. P-6924, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate with quitclaim in favor of DANTE PORLET married to Evangeline Porlet, under Doc. No. 240, Page No. 48, Book No. 76, Series of 2011.
