EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE WITH QUITCLAIM
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late ISIDRO GUICO, who died at Manaoag, Pangasinan on June 25, 1995, consisting of a parcel of land and a portion of parcel of land both situated at Cabanbanan, Manaoag, Pangasinan, containing an area of 22.520 sq. meters and 120 sq. meters, more or less, declared under Tax Decl. No. 03385, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate by and among the heirs with quitclaim in favor of MANAOAG WATER DISTRICT, represented by ENGR. RENATO ESPEJO, under Doc. No. 215, Page No. 44; Book No. XIV, Series of 2011, under Notary Public Atty. Edgardo Y. Pascua.
