Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late HERODOTUS R. VIDAL, JR. who died on July 15, 2011 in Dagupan City, consisting of a certain Gold Savings Deposit Plus Account with Banco San Juan, Dagupan City branch, covered by Account No. 14-50-001200-2, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate in favor of HELEN J. TAN -VIDAL.
