Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SPS. TEOFILO C. DECENA & FILOMENA E. DECENA & SERGIO E. DECENA, consisting of a Six (6) parcels of land situated at Bonuan Boquig, Dagupan City and San Fabian, Pangasinan, containing an area of 2,308 sq. mtrs, 2,575 sq.mtrs, 3,574 sq. mtrs, 18,827 sq. mtrs, 8,257 sq. mtrs, and 2,288 sq.mtrs, covered by Tax Dec. No. 080948, 080936, 082236, 080892, 14561 and 10720, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement of estate by and among the heirs, under Doc. No. 44, Page No. 10, Book No. V, Series of 2011 under Notary Public Atty. Alex Norman B. Lomboy.
