Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late FERNANDO PICAR and VICTORINA DELOS REYES, who died Manaoag, Pangasinan on Sept. 17, 1920 and Nov. 25, 1973, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Turko, Laoac, Pangasinan, containing an area of 3330 sq. meters, more or less, is the subject of adjudication of estate with absolute sale in favor of RAMIL PICAR, under Doc. No. 75, Book No. LVVVI, Page No. 16, Series of 2010, under Notary Public Atty. Ramon J. Veloria.
